PHRM 774 - Academic Pharmacy 2: Scaling the Ivory Tower

Prerequisite, PHRM 773. Students will explore the framework of academic pharmacy from the perspective of an administrative faculty member. Students will expand on their knowledge base from the first course in this series by exploring the process of applying for, securing, and navigating a faculty position at a College/School of Pharmacy in the United States. This is part two of a two-part series of courses on academic pharmacy; the first course, PHRM 773, in the series is a prerequisite for this course. Letter grade. (Offered as needed.) 1 credit
