LAW 7328 - Legal and Equitable Remedies

This course presents students with an analysis of the judicial remedies available in the American system of jurisprudence. The course is designed to familiarize students with the principles of the law of damages, the law of restitution, and equity and equitable remedies. Students with a first year cumulative GPA below a 2.6, but not in the bottom 25% of their class, must take this course as a graduation requirement. LAW 7367 - Legal and Equitable Remedies and Practice Lab, may be taken instead. Letter grade. 3 credits
