This five-year program is open to all Chapman University undergraduates or admitted transfer students who have a strong mathematical or computational background and an interest in how people make personal and impersonal exchanges with individuals, corporations, and government entities. Chapman University undergraduates will have the opportunity to obtain a bachelor’s degree of their choice and a Behavioral and Computational Economics, M.S.  with just one additional year of study. Before the end of their senior year, in addition to completing all MSBCE prerequisites, students admitted into this program must complete MGSC 532  and ECON 582 , which may be used to satisfy six credits of the 120 credits required for the undergraduate degree, and will also double count towards the requirements of the MSBCE graduate program. Students must also complete six additional credits of MSBCE coursework during their junior or senior year once they have met the admission requirements for this accelerated graduate degree. Students must maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.25 or higher to remain in the M.S. in Behavioral and Computational Economics program.
